Seattle Federal Judge to the Rescue: Grants a Stay on Trump Immigration Ban

Well it seems that the Courts are on the ball in this case.
U.S. District Court Judge James L. Robart, a Seattle native who is an appointee of President George W. Bush, said the state proved that local economy and citizens have suffered irreparable harm and an injunction should be applied.
“What the judge ruled today is that the president’s executive order does not apply — does not apply,” Ferguson said after the hearing.
He happened to be appointed by Bush so he wasn't some liberal bomb-thrower. In any case this whole thing seems to smack of un-equal protection under the law. Hopefully, Trump learns from this swat-down and doesn't half-ass things late on a Friday when everyone just wants to go home.
