Now this is a stupid deal to happen right after the launching of the biggest game in MSFTs arsenal this year.
Microsoft Corp., which owns the studio that makes "Halo 3," responded
quickly on its Xbox Web site with details for a replacement program. Customers
can fill out a form and send in their scratched limited-edition disks for a free
exchange through the end of December.
I guess this is another case of someone doing too little quality control. It is another case of pumping out cheap stuff but in the long run it will end up costing more money.
