That Benedict is a theologian makes "this statement from the Holy See that much more significant for now and for future generations," said Anti-Defamation League national director, Abraham H. Foxman.
It is cool that the Pope can give you a Gospel-by-Gospel analysis on this stuff to support his points. I would love to see Sura-by-Sura analysis by Islamic scholars to refute suicide bombing or other higher level theological thought coming out of the Muslim world.
