Cox to head SEC

Looks like Bush picked the new head of the SEC. Looks like this guy is going to be softer on corporations then the last guy. He is also against shareholder lawsuits. Looks like they may be taking a step back from the good corporate governance thing that has been going on for the last few years. I wonder if this guy is going butt heads with Spitzer?
