Obama might go against his party right out of the gates depending on what they do when it comes to allocating the 2nd half of the Bailout money.
Tested before taking power, President-elect Barack Obama privately delivered a pre-inauguration veto threat to fellow Democrats on Tuesday, saying they would not deny him use of the remaining $350 billion in federal bailout funds.
I like to see Obama taking a strong stand on helping homeowners with that 2nd $350 billion. It would be interesting to see what Geithner is going to do with the money. I hope he buys some of those foreclosed homes to get them off of the market. If they can get the supply and demand picture in line they can start the recovery again.
