He looks pretty grim. This is a great speech thus far. Clear plan for victory in Iraq. Work with Iraqis, corruption, modern economy, train Iraqi forces to fight for themselves. Proud to be their allys in freedom.
Enemy is brutal too. 3 years from dictatorship to democracy. Confident in the Iraqi people and our ability to win it. At least he is outlining a plan.
