Kudlow Calls the Recovery V-Shaped

That sounds like a pretty good deal if you are long the market.

I’m aiming this thought especially at many of my conservative friends who seem to be trashing the improving economic outlook — largely, it would appear, to discredit the Obama administration.

Don’t do it folks. It’s a mistake. The numbers are the numbers. And prosperity is a welcome development for a nation that has suffered mightily.

It might even be a good idea for the GOP to say something like "the TARP was hated by many but it saved the economy." That way Obama can't take any credit by saying that the failed stimulus did anything else other than drive up our deficit. He will still take credit for any GDP boom but at least the GOP will share it along with him.
