Idaho took the lead in a growing, nationwide fight against health care overhaul Wednesday when its governor became the first to sign a measure requiring the state attorney general to sue the federal government if residents are forced to buy health insurance.
Similar legislation is pending in 37 other states.
I'm, still not understanding how forcing 30 million more people to buy something that the President has railed against for months is "reform?" He keeps saying "those evil insurance companies" while giving them one the biggest windfalls in their history.
If Microsoft was able to get a mandate that forced all Americans to install Windows 7 on their machines there would be outcry from everyone in Washington. But when it happens to the insurance industry even staunch socialists like Kucinich are falling into line behind this corporate give away.
