Well it seems that the
Courts are on the ball in this case.
U.S. District Court Judge James L. Robart, a Seattle native who is an
appointee of President George W. Bush, said the state proved that local
economy and citizens have suffered irreparable harm and an injunction
should be applied.
“What the judge ruled today is that the president’s executive order
does not apply — does not apply,” Ferguson said after the hearing.
He happened to be appointed by Bush so he wasn't some liberal bomb-thrower. In any case this whole thing seems to smack of un-equal protection under the law. Hopefully, Trump learns from this swat-down and doesn't half-ass things late on a Friday when everyone just wants to go home.
