would cost
between $30 billion and $70 billion.
What this is is a massive solar flare that would take out nearly every power grid, satellite, and cellphone and GPS device all at once. We would only have a few hours to a day of warning as well before everything gets fried by energetic particles. Time to
buy that emergency food that Right-wing talk radio keeps touting.
